William "Bill" Hutchinson, age 79, of Corbin, KY and formerly of Somerset, passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at The Heritage in Corbin, KY.
Bill was born on May 12, 1939 in Stanford, KY to the late Clifford E. Hutchinson and Sarah Semones Hutchinson. He loved carpentry, making furniture and putting out a huge flower garden. Bill spent most of his adult life in New Albany, IN before retiring fifteen years ago and moving to Pulaski County. He was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his children, John William (and Kim) Hutchinson of Eubank, Sarah Hutchinson of S.C., Brian (and Samantha) Hutchinson of Somerset, Charlie (and Mary Beth) Hutchinson of Knoxville, TN and Samuel Thomas (and Monica) Hutchinson of Somerset; and seventeen grandchildren
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Tom Hutchinson; and one sister, Betty (and Bob) Bottles.
A private Graveside service will be held on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 10:00am at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
