Susie Turner, age 61 of Somerset, KY, departed this life on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at her home.
She was born on February 26, 1949 in Somerset, KY, the daughter of the late Nelson and Maudine Hatfield Turner. Ms. Turner was of the Baptist faith and loved arrowhead hunting, scrabble, and reading her bible.
Ms. Turner is survived by her son, Jason Brewer of Dayton, OH; two daughters, Angel (and Kevin) Langdon of Science Hill, KY and Amy (and Rollin) Wiggington of Somerset, KY; a brother, Rex (and Diane) Turner of Dayton OH; two sisters, Brenda (and Brian) Waterhouse of Dayton, OH and Helen Wright of Somerset, KY; six grandchildren, Ashley Langdon, Cole Langdon, Amanda, Nick, and Abby WIggington, and Alecha Brewer; and special cousins, Maurice Smith, Dawn Smith, and Lori Smith.
Preceding her in death were her parents; a brother, David Turner; a sister, Gathel Harris; and a grandchild, Brittney Brewer.
Graveside service will be Tuesday, September 14th at 3:00 pm at Lakeside Memorial Gardens with Bro. Matthew Daulton officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
The family requests expressions of sympathy be made to the Shriners Children Hospital.
