Stephen Thomas Forman, age 33 of Somerset, KY, departed this life on Friday, July 9, 2010 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born on April 11, 1977 in Somerset, KY, the son of Thomas and Janet Brown Forman. He worked for Hahn Wood Products as a wood finisher and installer. Stephen was an artist, wood carver, sculptor, and musician. He enjoyed four-wheeling and was a member of St. Mildred's Catholic Church.
Stephen is survived by his wife, Jennifer Berry Forman, whom he married on February 12, 2010 in Gatlinburg, TN; his parents, Thomas and Janet Forman of the Slate Branch community; a brother, Christopher (and Jeanne) Forman of Oklahoma City, OK; three nephews, Samuel, Lucas, and Isaac Forman; a niece, Aslynn Tanner of Somerset, KY; a mother-in-law, Debra Taft of the Bronston community; a father-in-law, Bill (and Dolly) Berry of Virginia Beach, VA; and a sister-in-law, Jessica Taft of Somerset, KY.
Visitation for Stephen will be Monday, July 12th from 6-9 pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, 1046 West Highway 80, Somerset.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, July 13th at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Father Michael Ramler officiating. Burial will be in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
