Ruby Collins

Ruby Lee Collins, age 76, of Nancy, KY., departed this life on Sunday July 30, 2017 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland Jean Waddle Care Center.

Ruby was born on June 8, 1941 in Leslie County, KY., to the late Lee and Etta Rose North.

She is survived by one son, William Milbert Collins of Nancy, KY; one daughter, Malea Collins of Nancy, KY; three brothers, Alvin North of Lafollette, TN; David (and Priscilla) North of Leslie County, KY; and Goble (and Marge) North of Pennsylvania; and one grandchild, Jacob Nathanial Broadway of Nancy, KY.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Milbert "Bud" Collins, one brother, Noble North, and one sister, Lola North.

Visitation will be held on Thursday August 3, 2017 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.

Her funeral service will be held on Thursday August 3, 2017 at 1:00pm at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Dr. Greg Ryan officiating. Burial will be at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
