Pauline (Waddle) Lucht, 82, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2016 in Nashville, Tennessee.
She was born December 26, 1933 to the late Oscar and Ardie (Hargis) Waddle in Somerset.
She lived in Louisville for many years where she worked for American Air Filter. There, she met and married William Lucht in 1976. They lived first in Bolingbrook, Illinois, and Londonderry, New Hampshire before finally moving to Nashville, Tennessee. William (Bill) died in 1983.
Pauline was a longtime member of Brentwood Baptist Church in Nashville, and worked for the Southern Baptist Convention until her retirement in 2003.
Preceding Pauline in death were her husband, and parents, and her brothers and sisters; Vivian Lucille Ping, Noah Hail Waddle, Mae Jewell Wilson, Clell Irain Waddle, Varna Huston Waddle, and Donald Murrell Waddle.
She is survived by her niece and nephews.
Visitation will be on Saturday, July 16, 2016 from 12 to 1pm at the Chapel of Somerset Undertaking Company and Crematory on Main Street in Somerset.
A service celebrating the life of Pauline Lucht will be held at Lakeside Memorial Gardens at 1:30 pm, where she will be buried next to her husband, William.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Alzheimers Association (www.alz.org) where a tribute will be set up in her name.
