Patricia Hash

Patricia Hash Smith, 71, passed away on October 16 at her home. She was the wife of Joshua Smith, to whom she was married for 7 years. She was the widow of Phillip Hash, to whom she was married for 37 years. Born in New Albany, Indiana, she was the daughter of Harold and Grace Sullivan. She graduated from Danville High School.

Patty worked as a mother and cared for her grandchildren.

She was a member of Science Hill Church of the Nazarene. She loved to sing and travel.

She is survived by her husband, Joshua Smith; two daughters, Meredith (and Michael) Braun, and Laura (and Greg) Reed; four grandchildren, Madelyn and Maxwell Braun, and Abigail and Emily Reed, all of Somerset; and one brother, Bill (and Marty) Rice, New Albany, Indiana.
Her private funeral service was held on October 21 at Pulaski Funeral Home, with interment at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial gifts be made to Nazarene World Mission, c/o Science Hill Church of the Nazarene, 600 Stanford Street, Science Hill, KY 42553.

Pulaski Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
