Margaret Hall

Margaret Hall, age 79, of Ferguson, Kentucky, passed from this life on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington.

She was born on July 18, 1941 in Dykes, Kentucky, daughter of the late Willie and Nannie Meece Brinson.

She was a retired seamstress and of the Baptist faith. Margaret was very active in her church, loved to cook, and loved Kentucky Wildcats. Above all, she loved and cherished her family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gerald “Jerry” Hall; brothers, Ernest Brinson), Arnold Brinson, Carvel Todd Brinson, Leo Brinson, Alonzo Brinson, Garland Brinson, and Starland Brinson; and a sister, Ginnie Brinson.

She is survived by three sons; Robin Hall of Ferguson, Gerald Duane Hall of Somerset, and Jimmy Hall of Ferguson; a daughter, Elaine (Scott) Begley of Somerset; one brother, Cecil “Pete” Brinson; a sister, Janet Woodall of Somerset; three grandchildren, Heather Begley, Steven Begley, and R.D. Begley, and three great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Cox, Haley Meece, and Morgan Meece.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 28, 2020 at Southern Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Jason Moore officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
