Lillian Molen

Lillian Bernice Daulton Molen, 78, of Nancy passed away Thursday February 23, 2012 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born April 15, 1933 in Nancy, KY to the late Carson W. (Jack) and Bessie Sievers Daulton. Lillian married Glen Wesley Molen June 2, 1952 in Rossville, Georgia. She loved to quilt, she made quilts for all her children, grandchildren and other friends. She was a member of White Oak Baptist Church. Lillian was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, her children: Glen Allen (Connie Jo) Molen of SC, Anna L. Molen of Nancy, Mary Catherine (Lloyd) Lawson of Corbin, Jeffrey C. (Polly) Molen of Nancy, brothers: Joseph Lee Daulton of Somerset, Billy C. (Sue) Daulton of Nancy, Larry Dean (Kathleen) of Nicholasville, grandchildren: Richard (Judy) Short, Natalie (Doug) Underwood, Amanda (Andrew) Barber, Thomas (Kristy) Molen Jeremy Molen (Stacy Hatfield), Matthew (Molly) Molen, Cody Lawson, Christy Thornton and great grandchildren: Lily Molen, Tristan Short, Adam Short, Brandon Stephens, Katie Barber, Cameron Underwood, Brianna Thornton and Oscar Dilbeck. Visitation will be Sunday February 26 at 5:00 PM at Nancy Funeral Home. A celebration honoring the life of Lillian will be Monday February 27 at 1:00 PM at Nancy Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Harris and Dr. Garry Wilson officiating. Interment will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Gideon Bibles, St. Jude Children's Hospital or Kosair Children's Hospital.
