Joy A. Bueno, age 65, formerly of Somerset, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2017, in Fortville, Indiana. She was born on November 3, 1952, in Monticello, White County, Indiana. Joy loved having people around her and loved having fun. She enjoyed traveling. Joy was of the Baptist faith.
Joy is survived by her two daughters, Monica Pitney (Clint) and Angie Scott (Derrick); her three grandchildren, Benny Pitman, Aiden Pitman and Callie Scott; her sisters, Erma Corona, of Somerset, Vickie Knowles, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, Brenda Wisley and Sherry Begley, both of Lafollette, Indiana; three brothers, Rick Begley and Willie Begley, of Buffalo, Indiana, David Huff (Alice) and Mike Huff (Regina), of Whitley City, and Mark Begley, of Bowling Green; one great-grandchild; two special uncles, Bobby Begley and Gene Begley, both of Somerset; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Pastor Esau and Mary Huff; her husband, John Bueno; her brother, Lowell E. "Butch" Huff; and her cousin, Lowell E. "Bim" Huff.
A Celebration of the Life of Joy A. Bueno will be held on Friday, December 15, 2017, at 2:00 p.m., in the mausoleum chapel of Lakeside Memorial Gardens, with Bro. Raymond Ridner officiating. Interment will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens
