Jeffrey "Scott" Hall, age 36, of Somerset, passed from this life on Friday, November 25, 2016 at the Mayo Clinic - Saint Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN.
Scott was born on October 1, 1980, in Somerset, to Jeff and Jeania Roy Hall. He was a member of Pulaski County High School's graduating class of 1999. He married Karen Nichols on March 9, 2002, in Burnside. Scott worked as a dental lab technician for Basil Dental Lab of Somerset. He was an active member of Parkers Mill Road Baptist Church. Scott loved watching his children play sports and enjoyed watching UK Basketball.
He is survived by his father, Jeff Hall (and Jennifer L. Burton), of Somerset; his mother, Jeania Roy Hall, of Somerset; his wife, Karen Nichols Hall, of Somerset; his son, Dylan Scott Hall, of Somerset; his daughters, Emma Rae Hall and Addison Danielle Hall, both of Somerset; his sister, Danielle Hall Flynn, of Somerset; his grandparents, Nelva (and Jim) Blanton, of Nancy, and Elizabeth Hall, of Somerset; his great-grandmother, Dorothy Muse, of Nancy; his uncles, Vernon (and Carol) Hall, and Sam (and Karen) Hall; his aunt, Frances Hall; a special aunt, Lori (and David) Hines; his parents-in-law, Kenneth (and Cheryl) Nichols, of Somerset; his grandmother-in-law, Carole Woehler, of Somerset; brother-in-law, Craig (and Melissa) Nichols, of Arkansas; sisters-in-law, Deon (and Peter) Sexton, of Tennessee, and Vanessa (and Travis) Taylor, of Nancy; nephews, Luke Flynn, Colton Taylor and Caynin Sexton; and his nieces, Aly Nichols, Tori Nichols, Lilli Taylor, Kenslee Taylor and London Sexton.
Preceding Scott in death are his grandfathers, W.T. Roy and Carson Hall; his great-grandfather, Marcus Muse; his great-grandparents, Imogene and Lee Roy; and his aunt, Kathy Ard.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 1, 2016, after 5:00 p.m., in Southern Oaks Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016, at 12:00 noon, in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Darry Hatfield officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Michael Garner, Mark Ard, Travis Taylor, Kory Patterson, Brian Nichols and Josh Hatfield.
