James Loveless

July 15, 1931 — November 8, 2021

James Sonny Loveless, 90, of Somerset, passed away Monday, November 8, 2021 at the Jean Waddle Care Center.

He was born in Pulaski Co., Kentucky on July 15, 1931; son of the late Dennie and Amelia (Roy) Loveless. He retired from Gordon Foods in Atlanta, Georgia. He enjoyed working on cars, especially racing cars. He was a kind and generous man, but most importantly he loved his family.

He is survived by his children, Penny & (Gary) Flynn, and Tim Loveless; grandchildren, John Ashley, Kenneth & (Jennifer) Ashley, Keith & (Stacie) Ashley, TJ Loveless, Amelia Loveless, Leandra & (Nathan) Epperson, Jeremiah Flynn, and Kevin Flynn; great-grandchildren, James Ashley, Keegan Ashley, Kasen Ashley, Layton Decker, Axel Epperson, Addy Epperson, Cooper Flynn, and Audra Flynn; and special friends, Lonne and Bernice Epperson, JB Muse, and Johnny Muse.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Raymond Loveless; a sister, Virginia Peterson; and two grandsons, Daulton Ashley and Jeff Flynn.

A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Friday, November 12, 2021 at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Hampton.

Pallbearers will be: Tim Loveless, Gary Flynn, John Ashley, TJ Loveless, Keith Ashley, Kenneth Ashley; Honorary Pallbearers, Keegan Ashley, and Kasen Ashley

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.

The family will receive friends after 11 AM Friday, until time for services.

Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
