Ima Walker

October 28, 1934 — December 8, 2015

Mrs. Ima Denham Walker, daughter of the late Elmer Cain and Delmer Harrison Denham, was born in the Elihue Community of Pulaski County, Kentucky on Sunday, October 28, 1934 and she departed this life on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 having attained the age of 81 years.
She was united in marriage to Mr. William R. Walker. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include; six children, Bruce (and Wendy) Walker of Louisville, KY, Cheria (and Donald) Phelps of Somerset, KY, Ricky Walker of Burnside, KY, Mike (and Tammy) Walker of Somerset, KY, Kimberly (and Brian) Niday of Adkins, TX, Jon (and Patty) Walker of Somerset, KY; two sisters, Linda Snowden and Patricia Denham both of Cincinnati, OH; sixteen grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
Other than her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by; three brothers, James "Jim" Denham, Elmer Denham, and Robert Denham, and one sister, Billie Mae Harrington.
She was a member of the Cotter Avenue Church of God, and she enjoyed being around her family and friends. She was a kind lady who will be greatly missed by all who knew her and she leaves a host of relatives and friends who mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 12, 2015 at the Chapel of the Pulaski Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Dunbar officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
The family of Mrs. Ima Walker will receive friends at the Pulaski Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Saturday until time for services.
