Marie Morris Johnson, 91, Quail Run of Somerset, KY died Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at the Jean Waddle Care Center.
She was born on July 11, 1925, Mark, KY; the daughter of the late E.G. and Hattie Hare Roberts. She was retired and of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Hall of Spokane, WA, and Cheryl McLamb of Durham, NC, six grandchildren, Angela Hall, Rachelle Hall, Janae & (Jason) Rose, Bryan Hall, Keith McLamb, and Laura McLamb Haszko & (Nick); and ten great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Charles Ray Morris; one grandson Elton Hall, IV.; nine brothers, Cecil, Cressell, Arnold, Kenneth, Harold, Clinton, George, Charles, and William Roberts; a sister, Edith Roberts; and a son-in-law, Keith McLamb, Sr.
A funeral service will be held at 1 PM, Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Oak Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Gary Phelps officiating.
Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
Visitation for Marie Johnson will be from 6-8 PM Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Oak Hill Baptist Church, and after 12 Noon, Wednesday, December 21, 2016 until time for funeral services.
Pulaski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
