Elaine Lamb

Elaine Suzy Lamb, age 75, of Somerset, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2016 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital

Elaine was born on September 3, 1941 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Sydney Ford and Beulah Ragle. Elaine was a retired truck driver. She enjoyed baking for her family and friends, shopping, and spending time with her grandchildren. Elaine was of the Pentecostal faith.

Elaine Suzy Lamb is survived by her husband, Donald George Lamb; her sons, Fred (Cathy) Haynes of Somerset; Frank (Beverly) Haynes of Somerset; Porter (Melody) Haynes of Somerset; her daughters, Margaret (Robert) Bell of Burnside, Darlene Hadley of Jamestown, KY. Georgene Lamb Brumon of Wisconsin; her brothers, Melvin (Donna) Craumer of Jabez, KY Edward (Marianne) Craumer of Glendale, AZ. Elaine is survived by fourteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents; a son, David Haynes, and a special aunt, Elsie Troxell.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 7, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 noon in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Richard Ramsey officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Elaine Lamb Memorial Fund.
