Eddie Daulton

Eddie Lee Daulton, age 60, of Somerset, KY, departed this life on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Rockcastle Regional Hospital.

Eddie was born on September 11, 1961 in Somerset, KY to the late Joseph Lee and Tamara Brotherton Daulton.  He was the owner of Silk Treasures Floral Wholesale and operated Treasure Chest prior to that.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Kay Daulton, whom he married on August 16, 2003; one step son, Ryan Hargis; two granddaughters, Riley Hatfield and Jaycee Hargis; one sister, Teresa (and John) Haynes of Nancy; brother-in-law, Curtis Allen Stringer of Somerset; nephews, Zachary (and Morgan) Absher of Frankfort, KY, Chandler (and Hayley) Absher of Lexington, KY, nieces, Amanda Haynes of Somerset, KY and Emily (and Dylan) Howard of Eubank, KY; great nephew, Dean Sharpe; nephew, Christian (and Abbie) Stringer; niece, Erica (and Joshua) Eggers; aunts, Pamela Bastin and Diane Brotherton; uncles, Wendell (and Karen) Brotherton; Larry Dean (and Katheleen) Daulton; and Wesley Molen; and many cousins and friends whom he enjoyed spending time with.  Eddie always met you with a smile, laughing, and joking around.  He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his aunt, Bernice Molen; an uncle and aunt, Billie C and Sue Daulton, two uncles, Joe B Bastin and Ronald Brotherton; and a special nephew, Thomas “TJ” Jasper.

Visitation will be on Monday, January 10, 2022 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.

His funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 11:00am at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Ferlin Price and Bro. Dale Robins officiating.  Burial will be at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
