Donnie Lee Noe, age 45, a resident of Nicholasville, Kentucky and a former resident of Somerset, Kentucky passed away Sunday evening, July 11, 2010 in Somerset.

He was born February 12, 1965 at Somerset, Kentucky the son of Juil Noe and Scotty Lynn Murphy Noe and was united in marraige to Frances Aline Presnell Noe at Seven Oaks Baptist Church in Somerset on March 28, 1993. He was born and raised in Somerset before moving to Nicholasville, Kentucky in 1994. Donnie loved visiting with his neighbors, shooting guns, motorcycle riding and his cats, many of which were stray cats that he took in. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and the Boyle County Gun Club in Junction City. Donnie was a Union Millwright #1548 Baltimore, Maryland. He was employed by Woodgroup Field Services of Houston, Texas.

He is survived by his wife Frances Noe, Nicholasville; one stepson, Richard Brewer and his wife Tracy, Nicholasville; one step daughter, Terry Brewer, Florence, Kentucky; parents, Juil and Scotty Noe, Somerset; three brothers, Jody Noe and his wife Sonya, Somerset, Toby Noe and his wife Gayla, Science Hill, and Johnny Noe and his wife Brandi, Somerset; five grandchildren, Heather Grigsby, Joshua Grisby, Tyler Adams, Jacob Brewer, and Chance Brewer; paternal grandmother, Lovie Gossett, Somerset; two half sisters, Allison Roberts and Michelle Burgin, both of Somerset; sister in laws, Patty Burr, Nicholasville, Patricia Creech, Cheraw, South Carolina, Bobbi Jo Baker, Bedford, Indiana; brother in laws, Michael and Danny Gainey, Nicholasville; six nephews and six nieces, and many friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon, July 15, 2010 at 1:00 pm. with Bros. C.E. Jacobs, David Tomlison and Richard Christian officiating. Funeral services will be conducted at Lange & New Bros. Family Funeral Home, 603 Monticello Street. A visitation will be held Wednesday evening after 6:00 pm. at Lange & New Bros. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens. You may sign an online register book or send the family condolences at www.langenewbros.com. Lange & New Bros. Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements by the family of Donnie Lee Noe.
