David Dick

David Lee Dick, 60, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2018.

He was born in Somerset, KY, on November 11, 1957; son of the late Richard & Geneva Stringer Dick. He was a skilled carpenter, and an avid deer hunter. He enjoyed being surrounded by his family and friends. He was a member of First Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of forty-one years, Sherry Fain Dick; one daughter, Heather & (Eric) Surber of Lexington, KY; one son, Jacob Dick of Eubank, KY; and one grand-daughter, Sophia Surber of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by one brother, Johnny & (Stacy) Dick of Monticello, KY; one sister, Juanelle & (Scott) Smith of Monticello, KY; as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Terry Wayne Dick.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, September 7, 2018 at the chapel of Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. David Pendley officiating.

Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 6-9 PM Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
