Barbara Ann Sneed

Barbara Ann Sneed, age 82, of Louisville, KY, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2024 at Landmark of Louisville.

Barbara was born on July 29, 1941 in Somerset, KY to the late James Ridings and Patsy Bullock Ridings.  She was a member of Langdon Street Baptist Church.  Barbara enjoyed working in her flower garden.  

She is survived by her sister, Helen Haste of Bloomfield, KY; and several nieces and nephews.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.  

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Dewey Sneed; one brother, James Edward Ridings; and five sisters, Ella Mae Grimsley, Mary Katherine Britt, Betty Jean Cox, Joyce Dean Jones and Peggy Jo Hughes.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, 1046 West Hwy 80, Somerset, KY 42503.

Her funeral service will follow on Tuesday, February 13, 2023 at 2:00pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Darrell Goodlett officiating. Burial will be at Lakeside Memorial Gardens in Somerset, KY.
