Anna Aline Bishop Cooper, 91, of Lebanon, Tennessee, formerly of Pulaski County, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018.

She was born in Pulaski County, Kentucky on September 20, 1926, daughter of the late Chester Emmitt and Vida Estes Bishop. She was a homemaker and of the Church of Christ faith.

She is survived by her husband, James Cooper, whom she married on September 7, 1953, four sons, James Peter Cooper of Abilene, TX, Paul Mark Cooper of Lebanon, OH, Patrick Lee Cooper of Puryear, TN and Perry Dale Cooper of Baltimore, MD, one daughter, Pamela Jo Melendez of Lebanon, TN, one brother, Charles Bishop of Eubank, two sister, Marie Bishop of Eubank and Ethel Faye Shelton of Kennard, IN, three grandchildren, James Melendez, Cameron Cooper and Tasha Cooper, three step grandchildren, Reid Kyker, Kathleen Yancy and Kayhine Harper, one greatgrandchild, Angelique Vannatter and two step great-grandchildren, Julia Kyker and Addison Kyker.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Hazel Absher and Hettie Winstead.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Reynolds officiating.

Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.

Morris & Hislope Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
