William Feck

Arthur William “Bill” Feck, Jr., age 69, of Somerset, KY, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at his residence.

Bill was born on February 27, 1949 in Louisville, KY to the late Arthur William Feck, Sr. and Eva Louise Newton.  He was a retired store manager at Kroger and Veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by two sons, David (and Misty) Feck of Science Hill and Keith (and Mandy) Feck of Richmond; one step-son, Jimmy Stone of Tazewell, TN; one sister, Donna (and George) Jagel of St. Petersburg, FL; five grandchildren, Austin, Bryant, Abigail, Drew and Kyle; and one great-grandson, Braxton.

Along with his parents, Eva (and Pat) Galvin,  he was preceded in death by his wife, Mae Birtena “Tena” Feck, whom he married on August 25, 1987 in Claiborne County, TN and she preceded him on June 16, 2007.

Visitation will be on Monday, February 25, 2019 from 11:00am until 2:00pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.

His funeral will follow on Monday at 2:00pm at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. David Muse officiating.  Burial will be at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.  Military Honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post #38 Honor Guard.

The family requests expressions of sympathy be made to the American Cancer Society.
